You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for private, non-commercial play. No right is granted to copy, resell, or create derivative works.

The App is appropriate for users aged 13+ and contains no explicit content.

Yard Vector is a game only. It is not medical, therapeutic, or educational advice. Consult qualified professionals for health or safety matters.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or specific scores or outcomes. Use is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YARD VECTOR LTD and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, or business arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. App Store Terms

If you obtained Yard Vector through the Apple App Store, Apple's terms and policies also apply. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

9. Changes

We may update the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the App and uninstall it.
