Agreement to Terms
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and YARD VECTOR LTD for the Yard Vector software product ("Software"), including associated media and documentation.
By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
License Grant
YARD VECTOR LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
License Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Software
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by law
- Remove proprietary notices
- Use the Software for commercial purposes without written authorization
- Use automated systems to scrape or interfere with the Software
- Use the Software unlawfully
Intellectual Property
The Software is licensed, not sold. YARD VECTOR LTD retains all rights in the Software. This EULA grants no trademark rights. Your locally stored progress and settings remain yours; our code, art, and design remain ours.
User Data and Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Yard Vector does not require an account. Gameplay data is stored on your device unless you contact us by email, in which case we process only what you send.
Apple App Store
This EULA is between you and YARD VECTOR LTD, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support. In case of failure to conform to warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. YARD VECTOR LTD, not Apple, is responsible for claims relating to the Software.
Warranty Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YARD VECTOR LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YARD VECTOR LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, cease use and delete all copies of the Software.
Updates
We may provide updates that install automatically where permitted. We may modify this EULA; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws applicable to YARD VECTOR LTD's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
